Phase 1 (2023) was the fit-out of a problem suite for the client - a ground floor, rear location, zero aspect unit that held no appeal for viewers. It had been sat vacant for 2.5 years, with a recent refurbishment simply creating a forgettable grey and white box that generated no interest at all. Our reimagined layout, with glazed meeting room, kitchenette and breakout areas, plus modern furniture, artwork, lighting and planting, created immediate interest and viewings and the unit was quickly let, achieving overall around 7%, or £10k pa, over the initial fitted valuation. Phase 2 (2024) was the provision of a stunning marketing suite and the overhaul and furnishing of a second suite for letting.
