We completed our project in Vantage Tower, the tallest building in Southampton, in two phases - first, the refurbishment of their reception and amenity space, including gym and yoga studio, lounges, workspaces and kitchenette/dining area, with specialist joinery, furniture, lighting, artwork curation and scent. Then we were asked to provide three luxury show flats of different sizes, to a standard finish and an up-spec penthouse finish. Alongside the furniture and decor, we designed and installed a bespoke kitchen island, the fabrication of which was designed to be easily reproduced and manufactured off site, then shipped to the scheme for installation, in order to sell as an additional feature to incoming buyers.
