Founder & Director
Our Story
White Circle was established in 2009, when our Founder and Director, Sarah Moulson, saw a gap in the market for artwork within commercial office buildings.
Sarah's background in workspace fit-out and project management; and seeing office after office with blank white walls led her to establish White Circle to offer this much needed creativity to these spaces, initially creating the paintings herself and then, as the business expanded, working with local, national and international artists to create impactful gallery spaces and installations.
The business was founded and focused on the key values of fun & passion, innovation & quality, Customer focus & teamwork. The close relationships we built with our clients meant that the solutions we were asked to provide soon went far beyond artwork alone. Creating award walls and moving into full dressings, décor, furniture and then delivering the full turnkey offering as a result of our clients needs.
We have worked on numerous schemes across the whole spectrum of design, providing services from technical layouts (including M&E), space planning and furniture layouts, to CGIs; custom furniture design, bespoke joinery, feature lighting systems, live and replica planting installations, audio visual systems (from meeting and conference facilities to cinema rooms).
We further worked to our clients’ needs and geared the business to deliver furniture packs for both large scale Build to Rent developments and Build to Sell schemes, workplace consultancy, gym design and fit-out.
Being able to offer a full turnkey solution allows us to hold the clients preferred design and deliver this without any deviation or dilution of the design’s integrity, which so often happens when a scheme is handed to a contractor to deliver.
Sarah has built a small but fiercely passionate team of industry professionals through design capabilities to customer service, project management and delivery. We are passionate about delivery projects which exceed customer expectation and bring innovation through design and materials to our schemes.
From our head office in Manchester and satellite office in London, our small but talented and diverse team is a curation of complementary skillsets, with everyone working to their individual strengths and with a combined goal to be creative, to challenge and to innovate.
