The Local Crescent amenities include two cinema rooms, a gym, a spa area, a pool and solarium, multiple lounges, soft seating areas and breakout spaces, kitchenettes and a huge vaulted reception area, all of which we designed, specified and furnished, including bespoke joinery, lighting installations and artwork. We also provided the show flats, and a furniture package for purchase by investors.
