This project involved the specification and furnishing of over 2,000sqft of amenity space, including seating areas, workspaces and collaboration zones, reception desk, post area and kitchen. We created innovative zoned workstations and social spaces using soft fabric dividers, added feature lighting installations and considered dressing, decor and planting.

We also designed and installed two show flats, and created two scheme specific furniture pack options for purchase by investors, supplied and installed to individual units on a phased basis. Stock for these was procured and stored in our extensive warehousing facility pre-completion of the building, to enable smooth roll-out of packs on buyer completions.
